Sometimes you just need to remember what it was like to be young and follow through into adulthood with that same kid mentality! Seriously! I love the way kids live life out loud with fun loving energy! They just go with it and change your perspective. These girls went with the flow at their session. We had to change locations at the last minute and the plan I had for them went out the door. Amazing location that I knew they would have rocked! (next time!!) Thank you Loudoun County traffic!! We were both stuck and knew there was a storm coming. We made a last minute decision to make a u turn and go somewhere else. We beat the storm, but barely! We rushed through last minute shots and got it all in. I was frantic to get it all in and worried that they were going to get wet and be miserable. I turn around and find them holding hands, eyes closed, and embracing the crazy wind! H and T, you are doing something right! No whining or hurrying, just enjoying the moment. It’s been a whirlwind for me as usual every fall season. I’m so slammed, but am reminded that things will work out, and I will get everything done in time. I am blessed that I AM this busy. Thank you Emma and Lauren for the reminder that nothing is worth stressing over, and to embrace the storm!
