Ha- glorious weirdness! I love it, and truly am grateful for the weirdness. It is a twisty road and half the time (actually probably more than half) I feel like everything is a fog and I’m not sure how I got through the day. Grateful though that when I do reflect on my day, month, year that the road there did have some beauty to see.
Thank you for letting me in and letting me capture your light and your twisty roads. I’m so humbled that you chose me and to those that continue to choose me year after year. I love all of the old and new friendships and really what I consider my extended family. I consider each one of you part of my tribe and a piece in my journey. You get my quirks and weirdness and are soooo patient with me. This year has been a big change, but you all just roll with me like nothing has changed at all. Your hugs and encouragement mean the world.

B is already half way through his first semester at Virginia Tech, but I’m getting a brief moment to share his session. We didn’t get his session done until closer to his high school graduation, but it worked out bc he had finally selected his future school. I’m sure he is already doing great things! 2018 Holiday Collections
Early sunsets, changing of leaves and crisp air can only mean one thing – Fall booking sessions are on the way. Yep, fall has arrived and the holidays are right around the corner! My fall is just about booked, but I have opened up a few dates to offer some minis and a handful of half and full sessions. I do have limited dates left into the last weekend of November. If you’re looking to capture your family/kiddos simply and beautifully to update your photos, I invite you to consider these session options. The mini session is ideal for:
•those who only require a very short photo session and few images
•those whose kids are quicker to warm to the camera
•those who have experienced a custom photo session earlier in the year and would just like to return for a few, fresh images
With special pricing and digital file options, a Mini Session is a wonderful opportunity to create custom portraits at great savings!
The Details
The Holiday Mini Session must take place on the dates specified and Holiday Collection 1 and 2 must be completed by December 3rd to ensure file, print, or card delivery by December 17th. Don’t let the cold air keep you away, who knows we could have a beautiful snowfall! A gorgeous touch for this time of year!
Mini sessions last 15-20 minutes. I will move quickly, so please ensure you arrive 10 minutes before your session starts so we can get going on time. The light will not allow me to make up for lost time and I will be booking more than one session per day. I will be taking 2 sessions per available date for Collection 1.
Mini sessions are limited to families of 4 or smaller. If you have a larger family, I recommend you book Holiday Collection 2 or 3 so I can accomplish all the different shots typically needed for larger families. All bookings do require $150 at booking to hold your spot within five (5) days of booking. Please see below for other payment options. The balance will be due at the time your order is placed. I accept cash, check and credit card via the secure online Paypal service.
I am also offering ALL INCLUSIVE FULL SESSIONS at HUGE SAVINGS for those wanting more than a mini session!! These collections must take place by December 3rd, 2018.
